Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
